Electronic Design Services

We accelerate your electronic product development with optimized, production-ready solutions backed by complete technical documentation. Our electronic design services integrate DFM/DFA principles from the earliest design stages to cut rework and shorten time-to-market. You stay focused on your business goals and product launch, while we handle the full complexity of hardware and firmware engineering.

What we do

We turn your ideas into working, testable hardware — from schematic design and functional testing to full production readiness. Our team works with digital and analog electronics, IoT systems, power management, FPGA-based logic, and complex 64-bit systems. We design for the standards you actually have to pass — whether that is FCC, CE, or custom specs. In every project, we keep a close eye on component cost, availability, and system reliability, so the design stays both buildable and robust in the real world.

"The database has satisfied all scope requirements. The upgrades have improved communication and performance. Team strengths include accessibility and problem-solving and they are unafraid to research problems and develop their own solutions. Integra demonstrated strong management skills when they managed our servers for a week during an important trade show; we showcased our product at the event. Communication channels are always fluid and straightforward."

Frequently Asked Questions

Read this information to better understand our electronic design services.

How much does electronics design cost?

The total cost of our outsource electronics design services depends on your device’s feature set, design complexity, and component selection. After an initial audit of your requirements, we provide a transparent, itemized estimate so you know exactly what to expect.

Whether you need electronic circuit design services or full cycle electronic product development, our team suggests technical optimizations to help manage your budget without sacrificing the quality or reliability of the final product.

What is your typical project timeline?

Timelines depend on project complexity. Simple modules typically take 2–4 weeks, while advanced devices require 2–4 months. For power electronics design, projects generally span 4–9 months. This covers full cycle electronic product development, including electronic circuit design services and electronics prototyping services. High-power systems like smart chargers need extensive thermal and EMC testing, which can extend the schedule. We establish clear milestones at the start and strictly adhere to them.

Can you take over an existing hardware project?

Yes, we can take over existing projects at any stage. We begin with a technical audit of your current schematics, PCB layouts, and code to assess the design's health. Whether you need to fix bugs, optimize for manufacturing, or add new features, we ensure a seamless transition. We can refine your hardware and firmware development and ensure the final product is stable, scalable, and ready for mass production.

Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes, we work with clients globally. Using modern project management tools, we stay in close contact and keep the development process completely transparent. When you outsource electronics design services to Integra, we handle the entire process remotely, providing regular technical updates and shipping physical prototypes directly to you for testing. Our workflow ensures smooth, reliable collaboration regardless of your time zone or location.

My device needs CE and FCC certification. Can you help?

Yes, we can. Certification standards like FCC, CE, and UL are integrated into our schematic design services from the very start. We follow strict design for manufacturing (DFM) principles to get your product well-prepared for certification. For example, we can select only pre-certified modules and components for your hardware. Our team provides CE FCC certified electronics design by optimizing layouts to minimize interference. This proactive approach helps you avoid costly redesigns and ensures a smooth, predictable path to market.

How do you verify your hardware design?

Our hardware verification process consists of several stages and implies different testing methods. For example, we use electrical rule checking (ERC) to test the schematic’s design and apply design rule checking (DRC) to verify the layout. We employ electronic circuit simulators to verify the schematic and PCB signal integrity. As soon as the PCB is developed, our engineer builds a 3D model of the assembled PCB to check it against a 3D model of the enclosure to make sure the board fits well. During the PCB design, we arrange test points to control voltage and signal waveforms. We provide this data to the manufacturer to conduct an electrical test. If requested by the customer, for example, in the case of mass production, we develop testing software for automatic or semi-automatic testing of each PCB at the manufacturing site.

Do you have partnerships with MCU manufacturers?

Yes, we do. Integra is an authorized partner of manufacturers like Microchip, STMicroelectronics, and Infineon. These relationships help us accelerate electronics prototyping services and secure early access to new silicon and documentation. We often use these insights during electronics design for startups to build future-proof products. That said, we remain fully flexible and will work with any manufacturer that fits your project’s technical and budgetary requirements.

Can you guarantee the quality of the product?

Yes, we stand behind our work by delivering fully functional hardware and firmware along with a complete technical documentation package. Our electronic design services include internal validation at every stage to ensure the final product meets your requirements and performs reliably in the field.

After the project is finished, we provide a free warranty period to address and eliminate any discovered defects or bugs. For the post-warranty phase, we remain available for ongoing support, including technical consultations and any hardware or software modifications you may need to keep your product up to date.
